I work at the University of Louisville, as a Postdoctoral Associate, in the Department of Anatomical Sciences and Neurobiology. I graduated from a PhD program from Kanazawa University on 2009, in Japan. My focus is in machine learning, Bioinformatics, agents and ANN. I am currently studying the interaction of miRNAs, with projects on classification, biomarkers, genes visualization tools, and cross miRs.
